Phase 3 Children’s Centre Cons

As part of a county wide consultation to plan for the location of the final 9 x Phase 3 Children’s Centres, we would like to invite you, or someone from your organisation, to a local “Have your say event” to support the process. We want to ensure parents have a voice at the events so I would be delighted if you were able to invite a parent representative to join you. Due to expected interest in this important event, we are able to allocate one invitation per organisation plus your parent representative, where possible.

The consultations to determine the best site for

Winchcombe Children’s Centre will take place at Winchcombe Village Hall on 29th November 2007 from 1pm to 4pm

Northleach Children’s Centre will take place at Westwoods, Northleach on 30th November 2007 from 9am - 12pm.

Tetbury and Wotton Children’s Centre will take place at Wotton Civic Centre on 30th November 2007 from 1pm - 4pm.

Leckhampton / Chartlon Kings Children’s Centre will take place at Cheltenham Civil Service Club on 6th December from 9am to 12pm.

Tea/coffee and cake will be available.

For information, a Phase 3 Centre needs to provide a local access to information point for parents and children and a small office base for staff to work from.

Phase 3 centres will be operational by March 2010 and we need your local knowledge to help in this important early stage of decision making.
